Site Manager - MET

Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a Tier 1 Main contractor, assisting them in finding Site Managers across London. Right now, we have an urgent requirement and we need someone to start ASAP.

Due to works being on a framework there is a run of work for circa 2 years, the project value from £150,000 - £3M. The scope includes internal and external refurbishments of MET Police Stations, refurbishment experience is needed.

You must hold a valid:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• NNPV L2 (ESSENTIAL)
