Our client, a well-established and reputable contractor, is seeking an experienced Lead Site Manager to join their team for a Landmark Hotel extension and refurbishment project in Limerick City.

The Role

As Lead Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of the project to programme, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of site operations.
• Managing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Monitoring project progress and quality control.
• Liaising with the client to provide project updates and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a Lead Site Manager role.
• Strong background in commercial construction projects.
• Previous refurbishment and/or hotel project experience desirable but not essential.
• Trade qualification or construction-related degree.
