Site Manager - Joinery

Our client is a well-established Joinery & Fit-Out Contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke interior projects across Dublin and Ireland.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the highest standard.

You will coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams while working closely with the Project Manager and wider management team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and site teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues on site.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within joinery, fit-out or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Relevant construction qualification is advantageous.
