Site Manager - Inchicore

Site Manager (Standalone 150-Unit Development)

Our client national builder is looking for a seasoned Site Manager to take overall day-to-day responsibility for a standalone 150-unit development in Inchicore.

Reporting to on-site PM and a visiting Contracts Manager, the site is effectively yours to manage, from brownfield through to completion. You will oversee 150 apartments spread across 5/6 storeys with underground car parking.

Site team will consist of engineers, QS, foremen, finishing foremen, site admin, BCaR, etc.

Ideally, you will have previous residential/apartment experience. High-rise - RC concrete - groundworks - determined No.1 on site.

Salary with guaranteed yearly bonuses up to €115,000 + full package.
