Site Manager - Housing Retrofit Projects Lead

Mears Group in Peterborough is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead our retrofit programme for social housing. You will manage planned works across housing properties, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety and building regulations while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.
