A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a high profile project in the Cork area. This role offers long term career progression and the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's most respected construction groups.

Role Overview

As Site Manager, you will oversee day to day site operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high quality delivery of a large-scale construction project. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain full compliance with company HSEQ procedures.

Requirements

• A relevant trade background or construction related qualification
• Proven experience in a Site Management role with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
