We are hiring for a Site Manager to join our team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities will include :- Positively and actively driving - and embedding - a Safety culture across the site. Actively supporting our number one Core Value: Safety.
- Responsibility for the successful delivery of the project through strong leadership, management, technical know-how across the full project life-cycle.
- Leading all aspects of the site management duties throughout the Project Team
- Co-ordinating project activities in accordance with Clancy Quality System,
- Planning, organising, and directing all activities impacting the construction of project to ensure optimum outcomes are achieved across all parameters.
- Meeting agreed objectives diligently and without compromise in the areas of delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction
- Embedding / achieving a 'right first time' philosophy throughout the project.
- Managing and contributing toward the effective daily operations on site.
- Effectively communicating and interacting with colleagues, subcontractors, supervisors and all parties to promote inclusive, unconditional success.
- Trade Background, experience led expertise or formal qualification in Construction Management or similar.
- The preferred candidate will have 3 to 5 years' experience, ideally with a main/specialist contractor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Applicants will be Team players with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A demonstrated knowledge of Safety and Quality management is required.
- Candidates should be computer literate and familiar with MS Office
- Fluency in English - written and spoken - is required.
