About Your New Role as Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on a high end refit and extension project, ensuring all activities are completed to the highest standards and in line with project requirements. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain detailed records, and help drive the project toward successful, timely completion. Main responsibilities include:

  • Supervising on-site construction activities and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Managing daily site operations and coordinating project teams to meet targets.
  • Maintaining site documentation and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Leading team meetings, planning upcoming works, and continuously seeking ways to optimise efficiency.
What Skills You Need as a Site Manager:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Site Manager role within the construction sector.
  • Relevant construction management qualification or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes and regulatory standards.
  • Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
