A site manager is urgently required for a cut and carve project in South London. The role is for a £15m project for cut and carve offices where they are looking for number 2 site manager. The contractor has been established for a number of decades and has an amazing reputation. They specialise in office fit out, new builds and refurbishment. Their projects value up to £30m.

• Essential experience with cut and carve projects
• Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams (First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS)
• Main contracting or refurbishment contractor experience
• Office experience high end cut and carve projects.
