Site Maintenance Officer

Salary

Up to £28,000 per annum

Location

Midlands

Your Role
  • To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the services are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards. To cut grass and hedges as required.
  • To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs.
  • To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair.
  • To carry out decorating and re decorating as applicable.
  • To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Related role qualification preferred.
  • Experience in site and facilities management.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Full clean driving license; enhanced DBS to be completed prior to start (essential).
