Site Maintenance Officer

The Site Maintenance Officer role involves managing the health and safety of the residential care home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job

As the Site Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the site and ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents and staff at the Walstead Place care home. This will include performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, and coordinating with external contractors when necessary. You will need to be flexible and available for on-call duties as required.

• Site Maintenance Officer
• Full time - 40 hours per week - 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm - Mainly monday - friday with weekend work require when business requires
• On call is required in this role
• £13.00 per hour
