Site Maintenance Engineer (Days Only)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience

Our client, a leading supplier of garden products, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward thinking business that invests in its people, equipment, and long term growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving mechanical, electrical, and pump systems across the site. This is a hands on role, requiring both technical expertise and the ability to support production teams with fault finding and continuous improvement.

Key Duties

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues.
• Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock and procurement.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, health & safety, and quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Multi skilled in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic ability.
• Proactive, detail focused, and adaptable.
• Keen to support continuous improvement and share knowledge with colleagues.
