Site Lead, Property Operations & Compliance

QinetiQ Limited on the Isle of Benbecula is seeking a Property Operations Site Lead to oversee safe, compliant maintenance of Property Operations assets and to ensure the site remains operational for core activities.

You will lead a proactive team, liaise with HSE, MoD where applicable, drive continuous improvement, and report monthly on delivery. The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness and collaboration across national teams.
