Site Lead, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities

Barclays seeks an accomplished Corporate Real Estate Services leader to oversee workplace, facilities, and estate services for a major campus. Reporting to the Site Leader, you will align real estate operations with local priorities and broader business objectives across UK and international campuses, including Northampton. You will partner with senior leaders, manage a large TFM relationship, and drive site strategy and delivery of major projects.
