Site Labourer: Property Clearance & Prep

Incommunities is seeking two proactive Labourers to join our team in Bradford District. You will handle general labouring, clearance, cleaning, and site readiness across tenanted and vacant properties, assisting trades and ensuring safety standards are met.

Starting salary is £26,787 per year with a benefits package including pension, annual leave, and discounts. You will work across multiple sites, using digital tools to record progress and support busy service delivery.
