Site HR Partner: Talent, Onboarding & Engagement

Dunbia Group in Cross Hands is seeking an HR Officer to support managers and employees in all generalist HR activities. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience in a site-based role, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Candidates with CIPD qualifications or a second language are preferred.
