Job Description
pladis is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with site leadership and UK&I HR to drive the site HR agenda and culture transformation. You will build trust-based relationships with line managers, unions and stakeholders, translating business goals into pragmatic people plans on the shop floor.
You will balance commercial rigour with empathy, coach frontline and middle management, manage absence and performance processes, and lead engagement initiatives to support sustainable workforce
