Site HR Leader - Manufacturing & Change

Michael Page HR is supporting an experienced HR professional to lead the people agenda at a manufacturing site in Buxton. This standalone role partners with site leadership to deliver a proactive and commercially focused HR service in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will handle employee relations, change management, talent and workforce planning, and coach managers on people management, with a salary of £57,000-£63,000, a 15% annual bonus, company car or car allowance, private medical
