Site HR Business Partner for Cultural Transformation

pladis is seeking an experienced HR business partner to lead the site HR agenda at our Halifax site. you will partner with site leadership to embed a culture of accountability, safety, engagement and performance while building trust with trade unions and driving strategic workforce initiatives.

You will influence line managers, coach leaders and balance commercial needs with people impact, delivering the site HR plan in line with regional priorities and central HR frameworks.
