Site HR Advisor Payroll, ER & Engagement

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lisburn (BT28) is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the Coca Cola team on site.

You will manage day-to-day HR and payroll activities, handle ER, policy and employee relations, and help the client achieve business KPIs by delivering practical, value-added people solutions. This is a full-time, permanent, site-based role with hours Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility.
