INFORM3 have an exciting opportunity for a Site Foreman to be part of a Commercial Fit-Out project involving the refurbishment and delivery of multiple retail units, completed within a fast-paced programme while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Allocate labour, materials, and plant to maximise productivity.
• Monitor progress and report issues or delays to the Site Manager.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
• Assist with planning daily work activities and coordinating deliveries.
• Monitor workmanship and rectify defects during construction.
• Maintain site housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of labour, materials, and daily site activities.

Site Foreman Specification

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor within construction or fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and site operations.
• Ability to supervise multiple trades and maintain productivity.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Practical problem solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Full driving licence.
• Relevant trade qualification and current health and safety certification preferred.
