Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in site setting out and surveying.
• Collaborate with the site management team to monitor project progress and address any technical challenges.
• Supervise subcontractors' work, ensuring high standards of quality control and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure the efficient execution of the project.

Essential Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise across various teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
