O'Neill and Brennan have a requirement for a full time Site/Senior Site Engineer for a residential project in Sutton. They are looking for someone who can do setting out, as-builts and generally manage the engineering aspects of the job. Ideally the succesful Engineer will have experience on similar residential schemes and working on a fully employed basis.

As site engineer you will be responsible for the technical, organisational and supervisory elements of the work, focusing on implementing designs, ensuring work quality, and managing resources on construction projects.Your key duties include site surveying, setting out, resolving technical problems, checking drawings and specifications, supervising staff, and ensuring health and safety standards and project timelines are met.You will also liaise with various project stakeholders and prepare site documentation.

The ideal Site Engineer will have:

• Previous experience working for main contractors
• Experience with Setting Out and as builts
• Necessary site tickets
• A steady work history with long stints in each job
