Design Engineer Mobile Telecom (Mast,rooftops, towers)

We re looking for an experienced Design Engineer (freelance/contract) to help deliver safe, cost-effective telecom site designs including towers, masts, rooftops, and poles.

What you'll do:

Define technical site requirements (foundations, supports, layouts)

Check and validate drawings, load calculations & structural stability

Collaborate with architects, engineers & site teams

Train subcontractors & guide them on design standards

Advise on regulations and best practices (Eurocodes, national standards)

What you bring:

Strong knowledge in design standards, and deliverables include site designs (drawings, stabs, reinforcements)

Engineering degree + experience in structural calculations (telecom or steel structures)

Exp of Modular rooftop designs.

Solid knowledge of Eurocodes & national standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit

Analytical mindset & great communication skills

French or Dutch and English language skills.

EU Passport required

Desirable: Experience with telecom operators, rooftop sites, or permit processes.
