Location: Leeds or within a commutable distance

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (initially in-office 2-3 days a week), Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Role Overview:

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers attending the Assessment Centre (AC) for their assessments with our Health Practitioners (HP).

Your responsibilities include supporting customers and claimants visiting the AC, as well as assisting our HPs working from the centre.

As a key member of the PIP team, you will manage the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, supporting a team of Health Practitioners conducting PIP assessments on-site.

Salary: £24,570 (Non-London)
