We have 22 locations across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 540 employees covering numerous internationally recognised brands eg Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, SKODA, CUPRA, Kia, Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Mazda and TPS.DescriptionWe are currently hiring for a Site Co-ordinator to join our team at JCB Volkswagen Maidstone site in Kent.What you'll do day to day:Ensure the forecourt is clean, tidy and eye-catching to prospective customersEnsure all vehicles on the forecourt are clean, with visible price boardsEnsure the forecourt is constantly maintained and vehicles moved to and from the forecourt in a safe mannerEnsure vehicles in the showroom(s) are clean for prospective customers and the showroom is laid out to the site's specification and guidelinesEnsure the highest level of customer satisfactionDeliver and collect customer vehicles in an efficient and timely manner using the most direct routeCheck that pre-delivery inspection and any sanctioned repairs / servicing have been carried out prior to vehicle deliveryMaintain a good relationship with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectationsHandle dissatisfied customers calmly and bring any customer complaints to the attention of the Manager immediatelyApplicant must be 21 or over and hold a Full UK driving licence due to Insurance purposesHours of work : Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch breakBenefitsSo what will we do for you in return for your hard work and commitment?You will be part of a varied and progressive dealer group with opportunities for progression and development.We offer a competitive holiday allowance, pension scheme, as well as the option to purchase new and used cars for yourself and your family at really competitive prices.If you feel this role is for you and would like the opportunity to work for a fantastic company who has its people and customers' very best interests at heart then apply online today.
