Job Description
Site Administrator - Residential Development

A leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a major residential development in Lusk. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team on a large-scale, high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Management team.
  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Manage BCAR documentation and ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Support compliance with quality assurance and project documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate site documentation, drawings, and technical submissions.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the head office team.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and general project correspondence.
  • Ensure all project administration is completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of construction management systems and documentation, including BCAR.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
