Site-Based HR Advisor - People & Policy Partner

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Rugby invites an experienced HR Advisor to partner with line managers and shape the site's HR strategy. This full-time, permanent role is based on site with standard hours Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.

You will support employee relations, manage HR systems and monitor key people metrics while ensuring policy integrity across the site. The position offers a salary up to £35,000 plus 25 days of annual leave, pension, life assurance and access to various employee benefits.
