Working on a major long-term framework for one of the UK's largest water utilities, you'll be involved in delivering a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects across the Thames Valley, including locations such as Aylesbury, Banbury and Reading.
As a Site Agent, you'll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and design through to delivery, commissioning and handover. You'll lead projects that improve essential infrastructure, enhance environmental performance and support local communities.
The RoleWork closely with design and commercial teams to improve project delivery, identify opportunities and manage project risks.
Manage site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Oversee site procurement activities, subcontractor coordination and health & safety reporting.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates and addressing any issues.
Act as Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring temporary works are installed in accordance with approved designs and relevant standards.
CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
HNC, Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site delivery.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites within the Thames Valley region.
