Site Agent

A leading civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Site Agent for an exciting opportunity based in Maynooth, Kildare. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established company that places a huge emphasis on career progression and long-term development within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring smooth execution of projects
• Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team
• Maintain detailed site records and reports

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or large-scale site operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
• Full clean driving license
