Site Agent

We are looking for a Site Agent to join our team in the Cumbria and South Scotland region, based in and around the South Lakes area.

This role will involve supporting and deputising for the Site Project Manager in the day to day running of site(s). Helping manage site operations, ensuring that resources are used effectively to meet safety, quality, cost and performance standards, keeping build programmes on track.

We are looking for someone with experience in the house building industry, a strong ability to interpret and deliver against site and build plans and a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
