Site Agent - Civils

A prominent civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Civils Site Agent for an exciting opportunity based in Maynooth, Kildare. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or overseeing large-scale site operations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
• Full clean driving license.
