We're now looking for a Site Administrator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

Pay & Work

• Pay Rate: £26,000 - £28,000
• Grade: RCS grade O
• Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
• Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
• Location: Manchester Airport, M90 1QX

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

Typical day

• Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
• Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
• Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents as required
• Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering
• Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff

Requirements / What this role would suit

• Are confident users of IT systems, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Packages
• Have Experience in creating comms'/newsletters and Power BI would be a great advantage.
• Have good customer service skills and able to maintain a professional manner at all times
• Have a good attention to detail
• Have previous Aviation knowledge (Desirable)

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

• Be able to provide five years' address history
• Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
