Job Description

As Site Admin you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of various departments of the site. You will have to liaise with Parts, Customer Service and Estimating Departments to ensure admin is up-to-date and accurate. You will form a vital part of the team by ensuring that all departments are organised and cooperative by providing administrative support.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that parts are organised and loaded onto the system.
  • Labelling parts to ensure organisation and facilitate production levels.
  • Ensure parts administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record stock information on relevant systems.
  • Return any unused parts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Assisting the Estimator with administrative tasks, including taking images of vehicles.
  • Assisting with Customer Service by answering calls and booking jobs.
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of vehicle repairs.
  • Liaising with subcontractors.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
  • General administration.
  • To be productive in supporting all departments and personnel within the business.
About you:
  • Ideally you have prior customer service experience.
  • You have a strong work ethic to provide the best quality service.
  • Able to work as a team and have excellent communication skills.
  • Have great organisational skills and be effective with time management.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change.
