Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently seeking an Employee Relations specialist who can start an assignment either in August or September 2025. This will be to support a client in the Financial Institutions sector. This assignment is expected to run for 6 months and you will be required to attend the London office 3 days a week.

Experience in policy work or Employee Relations case management work is highly desired.

This client operates with a high performance culture, they are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Person specification:

  • You have employee relations experience, ideally from a Financial Institution.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
  • Self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
