Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for a corporate lawyer with experience to support one of our clients in London. This will be for an initial 6 month term, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with significant corporate experience.
• You will have a good understanding of UK listing rules and governance procedure.
• Previous experience in-house is beneficial but not essential.
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
