About the Role

As a Siebel Engineer, you will join a team dedicated to developing AI-powered solutions that transform customer experiences. You'll work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and product managers to ensure optimal performance and innovation.

• Open UI Framework (PM, PR, PW customization)
• Javascript, HTML/(S)CSS
• SQL/DB2
• Genesys CTI PureCloud
• Azure DevOps (GIT, Boards)

About You

• Experience with Siebel development and Open UI customization
• Strong understanding of data modelling and Front End development (JS, HTML, CSS)
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and DevOps practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Critical thinker with strong communication skills
• Driven by customer-centric design and accountability
• Proactive, hands-on, and innovation-minded
