SIA CCTV & Dispatch Officer

SNSG is actively recruiting detail-oriented and composed CCTV & Dispatch Operators to join our control room operations. This role is vital in ensuring rapid response, continuous monitoring, and efficient dispatch for incidents across multiple sites.

• Valid SIA CCTV Licence
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proven multitasking ability in busy control environments
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Calm and focused under pressure

• Monitor multiple CCTV feeds with vigilance
• Dispatch security teams promptly in response to incidents
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Liaise professionally with on-site personnel and emergency services
