Showroom Sales

We are recruiting a Showroom Sales Executive to work with bathroom and tile distribution company based in the Dublin 12 area.

We are seeking a driven candidate who is keen to learn about the products and services on offer and provide excellent customer service.

A background working with bathrooms & tiles would be beneficial.

You will be part of a small friendly team, working with high quality brands.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Greet customers coming into the Showroom, giving advice on products available and upselling
• Understanding the customers requirements, working to their budget and providing advice
• Answering queries in relation to lead times of product availability
• Providing quotations on the in-house system in a prompt manner
• Liaising internally with accounts and admin in relation to setting up new clients, checking pricing
• Liaising with the stores in relation to product and part availability
• Follow through with sales leads
• Working to targets

Qualifications

• Must be IT literate and be able to work (be trained up on) with technical sheets on CAD / Microsoft Office
• Must have proven sales experience, industry experience would be beneficial
• Must have some general knowledge or interest in the product area and be able to up-skill in relation to product knowledge
• Good negotiation skills
• This is a front facing customer service role- hours are 9am-5.30pm 5 days per week Monday - Saturday (day off during the week).
• Salary: €35-45k + commission
