Showroom Manager - Build, Lead & Grow in Knutsford

The Cotswold Company is opening a new showroom in Knutsford and seeks a Showroom Manager to lead from day one. You will own the P&L, drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service and presentation.

You will have at least three years of retail management experience and a genuine passion for furniture and design, with a commercial mindset aimed at hitting KPIs while maintaining a people-centric culture.
