We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster with experience in rail depot operations or rolling stock environments to support surface preparation processes within a safety critical production facility.

The role involves preparing rail components to specification, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards, and supporting continuous improvement within depot operations.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Rail or depot based engineering experience
2. Strong understanding of industrial safety practices
3. Experience working to production targets and quality standards
4. A proactive and detail focused mindset
