Aboutthe Role
'GettingStuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new TeamMembers who love doing just that!

Instead of working in one department, we'relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay with Butlin's.
As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday andFridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work in our Shops& Bars department for the remainder of your full time hours.You will also work in our wide variety of retail outlets from ouronsite Supermarket and many souvenir shops and merchandise stalls.You will serve our wide variety of drinks and cocktails, cleartables and reset the venue during our entertainment shows and inbetween shows. You will be handling money and should also enjoykeeping a clean and tidy work station.

Typicalworking hours cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondaysand Fridays essential and all other shifts between midday - 4am.You will need to be aged 18 or over due to licensingrequirements.

Previous experience is not necessary aswe will give you all the training you need. We are much moreinterested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making adifference to our guests.

No experience? Noproblem! We will provide you with all the support and training youneed to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in allareas relevant to your role. No day will ever be the same and youwill enjoy the variety of working with lots of different teammembers and guests.
