Job Description:
The Role
We're looking for a Shopping Experience Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting into the Manager of Shopping Experience, to lead the development and delivery of impactful Point of Sale (POS) and omni-channel experiences that bring our off-price model to life. You'll be at the heart of how our customers experience TK Maxx and HomeSense - from signage and messaging to digital touchpoints - ensuring everything we do is on-brand, commercially effective, and customer-first.
You'll manage cross-functional projects, working closely with Store Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions that support trading initiatives. From concept to execution, you'll drive innovation, test new ideas, and use insights to continuously improve how we show up in-store and online.
What You'll Do
Lead the creation and execution of POS and signage across all European stores
Own and deliver omni-channel projects that enhance the customer journey
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life
Use customer insights and commercial data to shape creative solutions
Champion a consistent, customer-first experience across all touchpoints
What You'll Bring
Experience managing POS or in-store marketing in a retail environment
Strong creative judgement and ability to brief and evaluate agency work
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on project management experience
A passion for retail and understanding of the off-price model
