You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
