Shop Supervisor - Campsfield House IRC, Kidlington, OX5 1RE

£15.00/hour 30 hrs/week Shifts with free evenings

Join Aramark UK at Campsfield House IRC and lead a small retail team in a unique, secure environment. You'll manage shop operations, oversee the post office counter, and support your manager in delivering excellent service to our customers.

What you'll do:

• Run the shop during shifts, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Lead and support retail assistants.
• Handle cash, place orders, and manage stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store.
• Enforce hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire regulations.
• Control costs including shrinkage and waste.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to support broader site operations.

What you'll bring:

• 1+ year supervisory/retail experience.
• Must be 18+.
• Effective communication & basic IT skills
• UK resident for 5+ years (DBS & vetting required)
