S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and the Midlands, with plans to expand further.

We provide customers with a fast paced service in many high street locations, offering high quality sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

• Managing day to day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing, and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all objectives.

Background in retail management and experience in a food environment is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic and a hands on, "can do" mentality are required.
