Shop Supervisor - Fresh Food & Customer Experience Leader

Wenzel's the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead a small team in a busy store. You will prepare fresh ingredients, assist customers and ensure high standards of service and product quality.

You will support daily shop operations, handle deliveries, manage stock and drives sales while upholding hygiene and safety guidelines. Training and progression opportunities are available as part of a supportive team.
