Job Opportunity: Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing daily shop operations
2. Driving sales growth
3. Training, developing, and motivating staff
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve business goals

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in retail management is preferred; experience in a food environment is a plus but not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude are essential.

Additional Information:

Deputy Shop Managers typically work from 7:45am to 5:15pm.
