Shop Manager: Lead a Purpose Driven Store Team

Oxfam GB in Wales is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy retail team, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service across the shop.

You will empower volunteers, manage stock control, merchandising and cash handling, and build strong relationships with supporters and the local community.
