Greggs plc is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy shop, motivate the team and deliver outstanding customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will recruit, train and engage colleagues, monitor costs and standards, and be hands-on with food preparation and service. The role requires inclusive leadership and a passion for excellent guest experiences.
